Oct 21, 2023 · For both the lines I am trying to unlock, in ATT's system, it still shows an installment plan needs to be paid. For one line, it clearly shows online that it is fulfilled and unlock eligible. For the 2nd line it shows on the bill the installment is paid. I tried another chat today and rep advised I call ATT.
